SOUTHERN STAR ENTERTAINMENT
CONTRACT TO PERFORM SERVICES
This is a legally binding contract between Shaun N. Hill (Owner) of Southern Star Entertainment, herein known as the performer,
and, ____________________________ , herein known as the client(s).
This is a booking contract to have the performers rendor their services on the following date _____________________________
and time: _____________ (a _______ hour period of time). The fee for this event is agreed by all parties to be $_________
. A $100 ( One Hundred Dollars ) non-refundable * deposit is required at the time of signing this contract. Any and all balances
are due and payable prior to the beginning of the performance on the above mentioned date. Please notice that the entertainment
will not begin until payment has been rendered to the performers. All payment shall be made out to Southern Star Entertainment.
The performers will set up and deliver music and equipment, provide a light show,and other entertainment as required. Specific
music requests are welcome with a two week advance notice.
* = The only time that a deposit will be returned is if the venue is in an outdoor setting and there is inclimate weather
present.
* Wedding planners will need to be returned no later than 2 weeks prior to reception. We can not insure we
will have the songs available otherwise.
* Additional hour pricing is determined on an individual basis. It is at the DJ's discretion if not pre-determined.
